Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using imposterhunter.com or any ImposterHunter product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Contracting entity

Your contract for use of imposterhunter.com and the ImposterHunter products is with one of two operating entities:

  • IMPOSTERHUNTER S.R.L. (Romania, CUI 54468885, Trade Registry order no. J2026024097006, EUID ROONRC.J2026024097006), for customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom.
  • ImposterHunter AI LTD (Dubai International Financial Centre, DIFC, Dubai, UAE, registered number 13635, commercial licence CL13635, a private company incorporated under the DIFC Companies Law), for customers in MENA, GCC, and the rest of the world.

Where the contracting party is not specified at the time of agreement, IMPOSTERHUNTER S.R.L. is the default contracting party. The applicable contracting entity is identified in your signed order form or invoice.

3. Service description

ImposterHunter operates LLM Shield (an AI security API) and Social-Media Shield (impersonator detection and takedown). Specific service-level commitments are governed by separate signed agreements.

4. Trade-secret protection

ImposterHunter's detection systems and supporting research constitute confidential trade secrets. You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying mechanisms of any ImposterHunter service; (b) use the service to train, evaluate, or benchmark any competing product; or (c) publish, share, or otherwise disclose any non-public technical details obtained through your use of the service. The "residuals" exception commonly invoked in software licensing does not apply.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attack, probe, or otherwise compromise any third-party system. You may not use the service in violation of any applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImposterHunter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
